About this workshop
MAANG means Meta, Apple, Amazon, Netflix and Google. Most students start preparing for these companies in final year, when there is little time left. In this session, Ayush Goyal, a software engineer at Google, explains what to do in your 1st and 2nd year: what to learn first, which projects to build and when to apply for internships.
You can ask your own questions in the live Q&A at the end.
What you will learn
- 01
What MAANG interviewers expect from a 1st or 2nd-year student.
- 02
How to plan your semesters so you are ready when internship applications open.
- 03
One project to start this month that shows what you can do.

Before you register
Is it really free?
Yes. Every NYC workshop is free. You only need to register so we can send you the joining link.
Do I need coding experience?
No. The session is planned for 1st and 2nd-year students, including those who are just starting.
How do I join on the day?
After you register, we send the joining link before the session starts. Open it on your laptop or phone a few minutes early.
Will this get me an internship?
The workshop helps you plan and prepare. You still need to learn, build and practise, and attending does not guarantee an internship.
